$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install poppler-dbg 

poppler-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the poppler-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep poppler-dbg *

You will get with poppler-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table

poppler-dbg package basic information:
